Returns & Exchanges

All claims for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us through our website or email us at contact@thisdelish.com.

Returns

• Returns are accepted if requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original packaging.
• Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return authorization.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. Returned items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, human hair, damage, or signs of wear.
• Approved returns may be refunded as store credit for the value of the returned merchandise, less any applicable shipping charges, insurance fees, and restocking fees.
• Shipping and Shipping Insurance charges are non-refundable.
• Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Additional charges may apply if an order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted if requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanged items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• There are no exchange fees for size or color changes of equal or lesser value, subject to product availability.
• Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges associated with exchanges.
